My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great for beach access, the service left a lot to be desired and the rooms were not as clean as I hoped. The dining options were limited, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the helpful staff with some queries, but overall, the experience was overshadowed by cleanliness issues.

The room was a bit cramped for five people with only two full-size beds, and although they provided a rollaway bed, it took up a lot of space. It also didn't feel totally clean, which was concerning, especially for my kids.

Checking in was frustrating due to rude staff, but some employees were helpful with questions afterwards. Unfortunately, cleaning staff didn't service the room properly, leaving us to clean up ourselves.
